We deliver across all of Pakistan, including:
All four provinces (Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan)
Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan
Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Hyderabad
Smaller towns and villages with postal addresses
If your area has a postal address, we can deliver to you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is 100% free anywhere in Pakistan.
The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. No hidden delivery charges, no surprise fees, no minimum order requirement.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times depend on your location:
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi):
24 to 72 hours after order confirmation
Other major cities (Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Sialkot):
2 to 3 working days
Smaller towns and remote areas:
3 to 5 working days
Azad Kashmir, Gilgit, and far north areas:
4 to 7 working days

Order Processing
Here is how your order moves from us to you:
Step 1: Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, our team calls or messages you within a few hours to confirm your order, address, and contact number. This step is important to avoid delivery mistakes.
Step 2: Packing
Our team carefully packs your watch in protective material to prevent any damage during transit. The package includes the watch, original box, accessories, and any related documents.
Step 3: Shipping
We hand over your parcel to our trusted courier partner the same day or by the next morning. You receive a tracking number via SMS and email once the parcel is shipped.
Step 4: Delivery
The courier delivers your watch directly to your doorstep. The rider will call you before arriving so you can be available to receive it.
Step 5: Inspect and Pay
Open the parcel in front of the rider, inspect your watch, and pay only when you are satisfied.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 6 PM are usually processed the same day.
Orders placed after 6 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number through:
SMS to your registered phone number
Email to your registered email address
Order confirmation page on our website
Use this number to track your parcel in real time on the courier’s website.

Our couriers follow strict safety and quality standards, and most parcels are insured during transit.
What Happens at Delivery
When the courier arrives at your address:
The rider will call you to coordinate the delivery time
You can open the parcel and inspect your watch right at your doorstep
If you are happy with the watch, pay the rider in cash
If you are not satisfied, return the parcel to the rider without paying
This is our open and inspect promise, and it applies to every delivery.
If You Are Not Available During Delivery
The courier will call you before arriving at your address.
If you are not available, they will try to deliver again the next working day.
If you miss multiple delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us and you can reschedule for free.
Your watch is never left unattended at your door. The rider will only hand it over to you or someone you have authorized.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double check your delivery address and phone number before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or failed deliveries.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us at +92 339 4002 568 immediately. We can update the address only before the parcel has been handed to the courier.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work hard to deliver on time, sometimes delays happen due to:

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged on arrival:
Do not accept the parcel from the rider
Take photos of the damaged packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
This is why we strongly recommend inspecting the parcel before paying.
Lost Parcels
In the rare case that your parcel is lost during transit:
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
We will work with the courier to locate the parcel
If the parcel cannot be recovered, we will send a replacement at no extra cost

Multiple Orders
If you place multiple orders within a short time, they may be packed and shipped together to save time and reduce delivery hassle.
If you would prefer separate deliveries, please mention it during checkout or contact us right after ordering.
International Shipping
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside Pakistan and want to order for someone within Pakistan, you can place the order using their address and contact information.
Pakistan Postal Holidays
Please note that courier services do not operate on certain national holidays such as:

Independence Day (14 August)
