When the rider arrives at your doorstep, you have the right to open the parcel right there.

If you are happy, pay the rider in cash.
If you are not happy for any reason, simply return the parcel to the rider and walk away.
You pay nothing. No charges. No questions asked.

Returns After Payment (After Delivery)
If you paid the rider, kept the watch, and later decide you want to return it, you can still do so under our 7 day return policy.
Eligibility for After Delivery Returns

How Exchanges Work

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged or you received the wrong model, do not pay the rider.
